We are based in Oxfordshire with our main areas of work being the southern and midlands areas of England as well as the whole of Wales. Depending on the project requirements we can also cover the rest of the UK.

Our Team
Jeremy Phelps
I have over 20 years work experience in the construction industry, the past 17 of which have been on civil engineering projects in the rail sector. My previous experience included general civil engineering, sewage works and buildings. During this period I have gained valuable skills in site engineering and management, human skills, communication, teamwork and logistics. I have progressed from site engineer to project manager and design management.
As design manager, I have been responsible for ensuring the design meets all applicable standards as well as being constructable in line with the contractor’s preferred methodology. I have excellent attention to detail and am passionate about delivering a quality product to the end client.
